Do I need to book before I visit?

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your space, especially during busy periods. However, we do accept walk-ins if we have availability.

Can I cancel a play booking once I have made it?

Yes — bookings can be cancelled or amended with notice. Please check our booking policy or contact us directly, and we’ll always do our best to help.

What age is The Bunny Burrows suitable for?

Our soft play is designed primarily for babies and young children, typically from newborn up to around 7 years old. It’s a safe, calm environment tailored to little ones.

Can we bring our own food and snacks?

We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks are brought in, except for baby food or specific dietary requirements. We offer a range of food and drinks on-site for both children and adults.

What if my child hurts themselves?

We have basic first aid available on-site and staff paediatric first aid trained to assist. However, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during sessions.

Who is responsible for my child during a session?

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. While we maintain a safe environment, responsibility remains with the attending adult.

How clean is your play café?

Cleanliness is a top priority for us. Our play equipment and seating areas are cleaned regularly throughout the day, with a deeper clean carried out daily to maintain a safe and hygienic space.

Where is the best place to park?

There are nearby parking options available — we have a gate accessing the train station car park, and we can provide up to 6 parking spaces outside our building. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OTHER DESIGNATED SPACES MARKED BY OTHER BUSINESSES ON THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.

Do you cater for private parties?

Yes! We offer private hire for parties and special events on weekends. Please visit our parties page or get in touch for more details.

Is there space for prams and buggies?

Yes, although we are very limited on space for prams/buggies, so if possible, please keep them in cars, but we can accommodate if needed.

Do you offer food and drinks for adults?

Absolutely — we serve a selection of hot drinks, snacks, and light meals so parents can relax while little ones play.
